Strength Training for Muay Thai at The Power Cave in Northeast Minneapolis

Sometime after my second fight it became apparent to me that I needed to add strength training to my regimen. The hours per day of Muay Thai and kickboxing training were taking a toll on my body and I was suffering from several overuse injuries, including a nagging pain in my hip socket.

Unable to achieve desired results from strength training on my own, I set out to find a strength coach that could help me address areas of weakness, get my body to be able to better withstand all of my striking training, and finally, get me as strong as possible for the Thai Boxing Association (TBA) Muay Thai Tournament that was coming up in June...
