Martial Arts, Boxing and Muay Thai Personal Training, Lessons, and Pad Holding
How do my services stand out?
In addition to being a patient instructor and trainer, I'm also an active fighter in muay Thai, boxing, and MMA. I'm constantly perfecting my techniques, and I'm eager to pass them on to you. You can count on a great workout and take comfort in the fact that you're learning combat-tested techniques.
What do I enjoy about teaching martial arts?
What I enjoy about teaching others is to witness the growth that martial arts can ignite. The passing of knowledge and the growth of mind and body are what I love the most. If you choose to travel to me for lessons, most of the time, you'll be able to train in a traditional boxing ring and get a real feel for the sport. For those a little intimidated for in-ring training, we've also got several private training rooms where just you and I can work away from the eyes of other gym members while you get acclimated to the new movements of martial arts and boxing. Additionally, my training methods allow me to travel and bring the workout to you.
Padwork Philosophy / Padwork Explained
In short, it can be summed up as target practice. As your pad holder, I'll be simulating an opponent, and you, the striker, will learn how to punch, kick, knee, and elbow the attacker, foe, or ring opponent. It's an incredibly fun way to get exercise, and the lessons are always based on practical, self-defense, or fight winning principles.
